Cheryl and her team were fantastic! They held our hand and walked us through the mortgage process step-by-step. They were highly knowledgable and provided detailed explanations of what was needed from us and why. It often seemed as though they were working day and night for us; when a question popped into our heads late in the evening we would send Cheryl and her team an email, not expecting a reply until morning, but often they would send a reply before we went to bed. We were told to expect a 30-day escrow, but their hard work reduced that by several days.
Their demeanor was so incredibly friendly it felt as though we had known them for years. I can't imagine the process being any more painless than they made it and can't think of anything more I could hope for in a mortgage team.
