Mike was able to beat all other ReFi offers, so it was an easy decision to go with guaranteedRate. Sometimes cheaper isn't always better, however this time it definitely was. Mike and his team kept in constant communication throughout the entire process. He recommended the options that would benefit us financially. He laid everything out so we knew exactly what to expect. This was an easy process that ran smoothly from beginning to end. We will highly recommend Mike to everyone we know!

It was a wonderful refinancing experience with Mike and his team! With their assistance, not only was I able to lock in for a very low interest rate, it was also done in a timely manner.

During the whole process, I was always notified on any new updates. And more importantly, under the COVID-19 climate, I was able to complete most of the process through only online. The only time I needed to see anyone in person was during the final closing and signing. They also provided secured methods for the transfers of sensitive information digitally.

Mike and his team were very patient when answering to our questions. They are friendly, honest and reliable. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Mike was recommended to us by our realtor back in 2018. Selling and buying a house (not in that order!) posed a challenge that we weren't sure was going to work. Mike came up with a solution right over the phone on the first call. The online process worked very well and I was able to do most paperwork via my iPhone. Closing was a breeze with estimates "right on the money". Everything went exactly as planned and we were able to get the house we wanted.

I recently refinanced with the other millions of homeowners with the low rates. I figured my credit union would have the best deal but wasn't sure. Figured I'd give Mike a call and see what he had to offer. Again, right on the spot, he was able to offer a much lower rate on a 20 year loan. 10 minutes later I had all the info including loan costs, up front money needed and the whole process with estimated closing date. And once again, all went according to plan with zero surprises.

Mike has a knowledgeable and responsive team with prompt emails. The online document process makes it so much better especially given Covid-19. The settlement agent said she always likes working with Mike's clients because the closing package is always complete and ready to go with no mistakes. Settlement was about 20 minutes tops.

I truly appreciated working with Mike and his team of dedicated and personable team members. During these days of covid Mike and his team were persistent and got my loan through. The online document system was a life saver too. The only personal event I had was signing off on my closing documents, and that event took very little time. Also, there was consistent email communication between me, Mike and his various team members. My concerns were always handled in a timely manner. We ended using him 4 different times for loan estimates, and he was extremely flexible with time, very accurate with all his estimates, and overall did a superb job in communicating all his needs or concerns with anything we brought to him.

We recently closed our 4th or 5th transaction with Mike, including purchases and refinances. If you were to look up the definition of "customer service" in the dictionary, Mike's photo would be there. He always answers questions promptly and explains issues clearly. I first met Mike in 2013 when he helped me obtain a mortgage. I had gone through some significant life changes and it wasn't easy for him, but because of his perseverance, I was able to buy my house. He then helped me refinance that mortgage in 2015. Fast forward to 2020, when the rates are low but the threat of COVID 19 is high... I felt confident Mike could help me refinance one more time. And I was correct. Even though he was very busy, he always answered my emails in a timely manner, usually within minutes. Although the process was different this time, and there were several people working on my file and sending me emails, I could always count on Mike to help me sort out conflicting information. He kept in touch and reassured me that everything was on track. I would highly recommend his expertise.
