Vice President of International Consulting
I had the pleasure of working Ryan over the last couple of months. He and I had met socially on previous occasions; however, our schedules just didn't intersect involving work.
That said... I am truly grateful that they finally did. My wife and I were prompted to sell our house on short notice due to some "less than desirable" changes in our neighborhood involving after-hours noise issues. I was not prepared to sell my home, much less find and purchase a new one. On top of this throw in an additional ingredient of world pandemic and you have a recipe for disaster. I reached out to Ryan to test his ability to "get it done" involving the purchase of the new home.
Ryan was both the consummate professional and my personal confidant during the endeavor. I would never suggest short-term selling or buying, but Ryan made it his personal mission to help the transition be as painless as possible. He walked us through the process, fielded my questions and concerns at all hours of the day (and night) and even talked me off a couple of figurative ledges.
When things got crazy, as they always do in home buying, Ryan stepped up, took personal responsibility for items that were often with completely different companies and truly got it done. We were able to expedite the overall process and managed to still keep me married in the process.
I would strongly recommend working with Ryan on both a personal or professional level. He is the kind of person that you just can’t help but like and trust. He is also the type that you should trust will do everything within his power to help you.
I do not hope to home buying again in the very-near future, but will definitely recommend him to anyone who is. And when I do make the decision to do this again, he will be my first call.
