My wife and I were recently lucky enough to buy or first home. We had the absolute best realtor and broker helping us along the way. They went so far above and beyond for us making a stressful and sometimes frustrating process as painless as possible. Chris Linn and his team went so far beyond a brokers role to help us with the entire process. We cannot thank everyone enough for all the hard work. There is nobody else we could ever recommend.

We really appreciated Chris' responsiveness and communication. The loan process was quick and easy and he kept us informed every step of the way. We would definitely utilize Chris again as well as recommend him to our friends and family.

Chris and his team were outstanding during the entire loan process, from application to closing. Our loan process was smooth, quick and easy. Chris kept us informed of what was going on and what to expect during each stage of the process. He kept a watchful eye on the market for subtle rate changes and honestly advised us on what he would do based on where he thought the market was going. This resulted in us locking in the lowest rate possible during our home buying process. Unlike other companies I have worked with, Chris and Guild needed minimal documents and paperwork from the home buyer for approval and underwriting. They were on top of it from start to finish, getting us information quickly and then turning that information over quickly in order to close the loan before our short window between selling and buying. If we didn't choose Guild, along with the outstanding effort of Chris &Co., we probably would be renting or living in a hotel for a week or more waiting for our loan to close. Chris is very good at his job. You can tell he cares about the person he is working for. He is honest, trustworthy, realistic and on the ball. I would recommend him to anyone, especially the people I care about most, because he takes care of you during a very stressful time. We counted on him and he didn't let us down. Our expectations were exceeded and we couldn't be happier with our choice of Chris and Guild.

Both Chris and Olivia Paulson were professional and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. Our loan was conducted from out of State and our signings were done easily online. They even worked with a title company in our area to have someone come to our home for the final signatures. Our relator was out of town and unable to meet us when we arrived to pick up our keys. Chris was kind enough to meet us at our new home to drop off the keys and welcome us to our new home! Now that's exceptional customer service!

Chris did what my first loan officer failed to do! My first loan officer promised me a deal on a house she could not follow through on. Going in to this I was very nervous. I was a first time home buyer. I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people, but reading something and starting to go through it are two different things. I was referred to Chris through Anjie White. From the beginning Chris was always available whether it be my 50 emails with questions or my phone calls. What was great was that Chris gave me a overview of the entire process. Then after we completed a step we would talk about the next two steps so that I could be prepared. When we got to the millions of documents( it wasn't that bad) Olivia came into the process and I was able to talk to her on the phone and she was able to put me as ease and she had a great sense of humor, which I appreciated. I have heard lots of horror stories about waiting to get approved or dealing with underwriting, but not for me. I put a offer in on June 7 and signed escrow on July 2. I set out with a rather hard task of having a house close in 45 days or less. Having this be my first purchase I was a little unsure of the capabilities or time frame of the process .
