Starting 2016 when my wife and I met Brandon, we were still in Florida but commucated with Brandon on a daily basis. We were looking for rental cabins to own in Sevier County, Tennessee. We also were looking for property to own for us to live after we retired the next year. Brandon went way out of his way to show us potential properties to acquire, he would video tape potential properties by his phone showing roads to get to the properties, showinge pulling up the driveways and also 360 degree videos of the inside of these properties. Along with recommendations on the good the bad and ugly. When we finally moved up to Sevierville, he came out to our new property and flew a drone above our property where we planned to build a log cabin, which we did. He used the drone to show all the potential views and also anything that we didn't want to see. I have used quite a few realtors in my lifetime, there is no one better than Brandon Williams, knowledgeable,does his homework, and doesn't waste your time on something you don't want. Goes out of his way to do the very best, we our selling our log cabin in Sevierville at this time. I wish I could of listed it with Brandon but he , as good as he is probably will be the one to sell it for us. We highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to buy or sell any real estate most honest guy you will ever meet. Thank you, Delia and Glenn Oberlander

Bobbi Joe is simply the best. I have been a part of buying or selling 10-15 homes in my life. And I can say without hesitation that I will use her everytime! Brandon Williams Has helped us out with a few real estate investments. He Spent a lot of time with us to find the perfect rental property and even after the sale he was very helpful with questions or any further info we needed. Then when it was time to resell he was there every step of the way. Very informative, kept us up to date on everything and even called him a couple years later for info we needed and has always been helpful! Good guy to help you out and take care of you period!

Jack does a phenomenal job. We placed our house on the market with another realtor in early November and had very little showing and no offers. We then switched to Jack in mid-February, three weeks later our house was sold, and we even closed the sale in three weeks! Jack has a great team that he works with from pictures, administration, and title. He also has a utilizes a large network of realtors when doing open houses, so you get more traffic. Jack understands the market, which helps in pricing your house reasonably, which intern increases the offers. We wish we had hired Jack earlier in our process. He is truly is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with and recommend him to everyone.
