Robby and Linda are most honest, responsive, down to earth and reliable people. They always do what they say they would do. We met them while they were selling my next door neighbor's home two years ago. I was impressed at the attention to details they paid and how they helped take care of the property during the sales period. I called on them many times for various information and real estate assistance, they have always come through without delay. They sold our home last month with absolute professionalism, always answered the phone and provided status updates without us having to ask. They listened and collaborated with us always. They did not miss a single detail on all the features & add-ons of our home on the AD. Well done!! They did not ask us to price low, instead with their extensive experience and network, we priced high and sold the house immediately at the highest dollar per sq/ft in our upscale community. My husband and I had the good fortune to select Linda and Robby Adams, Team Adams, to handle the sale of our home in Oceanside. Beginning with the first time we met, Linda and Robby displayed the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process of selling our home. My husband and I are far from real estate experts; therefore, we were looking for agents who could guide us through this process, agents we could rely on to effectively communicate with us each step of the way. We could not have asked for better agents than Linda and Robby! Although Linda and Robby handled the entire sale of our home with respect, knowledge, and professionalism, the area I most appreciated was how thoroughly they communicated with my husband and me regarding every detail of the sale. Never, and I literally mean never, did my husband and I ever feel as if we did not know what was happening throughout the stages of the sales' process from start to finish! Linda and Robby made us feel as if our sale was the most important project to them. The epitome of excellence! 10/10 working with Linda & Robby Adams. After interviewing a number of realtors to sell our property, we thankfully chose TEAM ADAMS. They were professional, knowledgeable and offered exceptional suggestions. As a team they handled all aspects of the deal. ALWAYS answered the phone and ALWAYS provided answers. They even prepared us for possible situations before they arose (insurance, septic, etc) They sold our property in less than 2 weeks and more than $70,000 over asking! We have never been through a smoother real estate transaction. In todays market anyone thinks they can sell a property - a true professional shines above! I worked with Linda & Robby for one of our mutual clients. I was the loan officer and Linda was the realtor. Over the years I have worked with many realtors in San Diego. She is one of the best! We couldn't be happier with Linda and Robby as buying agents. They spent all the time we needed and worked very closely with the selling agents on our new house to get our offer accepted over multiple competing offers. Linda and Robby knew the terms the sellers needed and made sure our offer met their needs on terms. They know all the neighborhoods inside and out, and pointed out all the positives and negatives in a potential home, so we could make the best decision in our home purchase. They were always available to talk on the phone or meet in person whenever we had any questions along the way, and we had a bunch. In this seller's market, this is the kind of expertise you need to have to make sure you don't blindly overpay. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. There were so many aspects of working with Linda Adams that we loved; her knowledge, her energy, her persistence, and most of all the fact that she answered the phone when we called. My husband and I found a house in Santee that we thought we loved. After pulling out of escrow due to the inspection report, we were devastated, to say the least. Thirty minutes after pulling out of that escrow we get a call from Linda stating she is on her way down, on a Friday at 4p.m. mind you because she has found a house she believes would be perfect for us. The house was on the market for an hour when we and our realtor knocked on the door of our now new home! Linda was right! The house has more space and personality than we ever hoped for. And we got a great deal! This is our second home purchase, and one sale with Linda Adams, our realtor for life! Thank you Linda for dreaming with us
