We met Ron in a first time homeowner seminar. He was knowledgeable and is patient in explaining the pros and cons of buying a property as well as renting. We got interested in his service afterwards. He listened to our questions. He explained what’s plausible for us based on our needs and capacity to pay. When we were finally ready to buy a house, he helped us with what paperwork was needed and proper routes to take for smooth transactions. He even gave us the best possible APR we can find. I was referred to Amanda by a family friend and it was the best referral from start to finish. She worked closely with me to figure out how to make my home purchase as smooth as possible, always responding quickly and if there was any confusion on documentation, would take the time to explain it to me and fill any knowledge gaps. When I finally found the home that was perfect for my family we had to act quickly and put on a 3 week close during the Christmas holiday; she was responsive the entire time and made the loan happen. I will definitely be working with her again.

As a second time home buyer, my experience working with Ron and his team at Homebridge was tremendously easier and quicker than my prior experience with another lender. Ron was able to take my "wish list" (monthly payment, down payment amount, etc) and put together a loan package for me with a great low rate and a mortgage payment that is lower than the rent payment on our prior apartment! Ron was super easy to work with, very communicative, and exceedingly helpful. I recommend Ron and his team to anyone in the Seattle area looking for a home lender.

I went into the process of getting my first mortgage with much uncertainty. Ron suggested some online tools, programs and classes that helped me financially, in the end.

Kelly did an amazing job helping me with a difficult construction loan. He was very patient as I worked to get my building permit. When I finally got it over 2 years later, the build cost had gone up dramatically. Kelly was able to figure out how to put together a loan that was affordable for me and still allowed me to build my house. No other banks I checked with could do this, even the one I had a loan through already for the land I am building on. I also ask A LOT of questions. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions as they came up. He did a great job of walking me through the long process of obtaining everything I needed to build my new home. I would recommend him (and already have) to anyone looking for a construction loan. Thank you!

This was my first house buying experience and I cannot express my gratitude to Kelly for guiding me through the process. I really appreciate Ron for how humble and patience he is. Even when we were not sure about ourselves, he made sure we got the best deal for our home loan and got everything settled on time.
