We lost our home in the Camp Fire last year. Buying in the Chico market didn’t seem feasible, but an opportunity presented itself and we were able to enter into a contract. During this process I had been approved for a SBA loan, which is part of a federal disaster relief program. The SBA loan presented its challenges and JP was there helping me navigate the waters and helped me complete the process. The SBA loan didn’t cover the full cost of the home, so we also needed a 2nd which we obtained through Homebridge. Not only did JP assist with the Hombridge loan, but the SBA loan. Without JP, we wouldn’t be in our home today. Words cannot express how grateful I am that JP came into our lives. I highly recommend her services. She will be by your side throughout the entire process. You are in safe hands when working with JP. She will forever be our loan officer for any of our future needs.
