My husband and I have bought and sold many homes as he was a Captain in the Navy. We have lived all over the United States. We retired in the Tri-Cities area of Washington State.
Mark Carroll helped us when we first purchased our home on the Columbia River, and when it came to refinancing we went right back to him. We wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else.
We recognized the even when we first met Mark that he was an exceptional person. Our time was short here and he returned our phone call while he was on vacation. He had just arrived at his destination yet he spent 30 minutes answering all of our questions. We were traveling also, at the time, and he made arrangements for us to close where we were at the time of closing.
We decided to refinance when the rates went down so much. Again he answered all of our questions on if refinancing was a good idea for us. He makes getting a loan easier then any other loan officer that we’ve ever used. A consummate professional.
He has our very highest recommendation!

When i first contacted Mark about buying a home i was a complete mess. I asked many questions and i am sure annoyed the heck out of him. Never once did Mark ever make me fill like he was not interested in talking to me. We did have some confusion in the beginning with the down payment assistant program due to the Covid. I was pre approved for a loan and when i decided to follow threw the assistant program was not available so I made the mistake of jumping Mark about it. I know it was not his fault and i appologize for that. At that time it was his choice to still work with us he could of told me to pound sand. I appreciate Mark for everything he has done for me and my family he truly did make the experience VERY easy and i am so grateful for my new house. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team for any home purchase or refinance options.
