One of my favorite things about Sara Aasness is her LOVE for her career. Sara has a passion for what she does, she works hard for her clients and it absolutely shows. We purchased our first home late in 2018, Sara kept us in the loop through the whole process and made sure that we had the best loan options available to us. She does this all with a great smile on her face and the most friendly disposition. We are so happy with our experience and we will certainly use her for our future home purchases and we recommend her to all of our home buying friends! Thank you Sara!

Sara was wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. She worked very hard to get us qualified for the highest amount possible. She works with you to understand your needs and helps you stay within your budget. Sara is also very personable and came to look at our new home after we closed! (and brought a house warming gift with her ??) I would recommend Sara to anyone wanting to purchase a home! She made the process seemless and we were able to move into our house on time!

Sara was super easy to work with. She answered all of our questions, explained every step of the process, and even responded when she was out of town. She is on top of everything and made the whole loan process very straight forward. Being a first time home buyer she definitely went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening from getting pre-approved all the way through completing the loan process. Sara is wonderful and I would 100% recommend her to anyone in need of home financing!

Sara was fantastic to work with! I was a first time home buyer and from the moment I emailed her asking for info, she gave me as much information as I wanted and allowed me to ask her a million questions until I felt comfortable. Let me start by saying that I did not know much of anything about the the home buying or loan borrowing process before beginning this journey of purchasing my first home. Sara always explained things in a way that made sense to me, and kept everything running smoothly and on track. She answered all of my questions promptly, and was happy and excited to be there to help me out when necessary. On top of that, I truly felt like Sara went above and beyond for me throughout this entire process, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a lender. She is extremely knowledgeable, knowing all of the ins and outs of loan borrowing, yet is also incredibly kind to her clients and all others involved. I have learned so much about home buying/loan borrowing, and I have also discovered how important it is to have someone you can count on and trust when making such a big decision to purchase a home. Sara is 100% that person - she is the very best!

Recently when I became interested in refinancing a coworker gave me Sara's number.She was not the first on my list,that was the lender who I originally went through.When I called the original lender my call went straight to voicemail.The next call I made was to Sara,and she answered it right away!That set the tone for the whole process!She was always there to answer any questions (day or night).If you or anyone you know needs a loan do yourself a favor and Sara.You will be happy you did!

We recently purchased a home with a mortgage loan. This is a very complicated process and with Sara by our side, we sailed through it within the expected timeline. With Sara's vast wealth of knowledge and experience we felt very much reassured and confident in every step of the whole process. Additionally, Sara has been very pleasant and patient with our questioning and exploration of the best alternatives in our situation. (Please note that English is not our primary language and she did not have much difficulty in getting across in communication). Sara has also been very responsive and reliable in our email as well as phone communication. We definitely recommend her.

We literally cannot sing Sara�s praises enough when it came to buying our new home. Loc did an excellent job in fully informing us about the process of getting the loan and all that we had to do. I talk to several loan officers, before I was suggested by my landlord to Loc. None of them offered any kind of first time home owner programs or help with anything else for that matter. I was so green! After all was said and done, not only did he get me a $20,000.00 grant, he explained everything to me. He helped me with all the paperwork. All I had to do was show up whenever he needed me to sign something. It is a lot to take in at the beginning. But now, I could breeze right through it thanks to Loc!.

Loc has been amazing person to work with. He’s been always on point and is follow through is one of the best I’ve seen! I appreciate someone who is looking out for your best interests and he is the person you can count on. I always refer people to him because he wants to win you over as a customer for life. We were introduced to Sara by our Real Estate Agent and we could not have asked for anyone better. I feel like Sara became a family friend through this process. Sara was always polite, friendly, happy, and eager to accommodate everything we needed.
