I have a passion for this as my first time purchase was not what I would want anyone to experience.

My husband and I’s home buying experience from start to finish was so easy and smooth only because of Phil Bruni. Our realtor and a family member recommended Phil especially because of his VA background experience and I’m so glad they did! Meeting him and getting approved was such a great and easy experience and he was so quick to respond and update our approval when we found a house a little over what we were originally approved at. I could contact and get ahold of him at literally any time of day. He was so quick to respond and take care of everything we needed. My husband ended up having to go on a short term deployment during the last two weeks before closing and Phil was amazing! He eased any anxiety I had and was so quick to get us everything we needed. He took the time to always answer all of my questions and explain all of the process. Phil even drove out to my location to pick up documents and worked very late into many evenings. I can’t thank him enough or be more appreciative.

My purchase was a short sale that actually turned out to be quite a long and tricky procedure to secure the sale. I was able to count on Phil through the entire process.
