Brooke made buying my first home feel straight forward and attainable. Her communication was outstanding, she worked around my evening work schedule, even if we played phone tag, she would leave voicemails or text me if she needed a document or signature from me and made me feel well-informed. She was a part of the whole process of purchasing my home. It was so helpful getting monthly payment summaries from her on so many different homes as my realtor and I were searching the competitive house market of Spokane. The information Brooke provided (which was always surprisingly quick considering most open houses are on the weekends) allowed me to decide if I could afford that home and if I should put in an offer or not. Being a first home buyer I had a lot of questions and she was happy to answer them in layman's terms.

I would always hear stories of how complicated of a process it was to buy a house and being a first time homeowner it was a bit intimidating, but Tara made the process go by with ease. Tara did an excellent job guiding me through the process. She would let me know what she needed and all I had to do was provide it. If I had any questions or concerns she was always available and responded almost immediately. I can't thank Tara enough for everything she did to help get me my house. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone looking to buy. Thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure getting to know Craig and working on my mortgage financing with him. Originally I was referred to him because I considered selling my home and purchasing a new one but decided to change my mind, and keep my house. Craig suggested I look at refinancing because of all the projects I wanted to do. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me several different financing options in a way that allowed me to decide what was best for me. Brooke went 1000% above and beyond in the home lending process. I was so thankful for her every day and at every step. She was available, knowledgeable, and super attentive to my questions and needs. I can’t imagine going through this with anyone else. Not only did she make it easy but also comfortable, simple, and like no big deal! I would have never guessed I would be saying that about buying an investment property or any property but she is just really outstanding.
