Rodney was patient and responsive to any inquiry from us. Rodney provided a step by step explanation of what to expect. Rodney provided us points of contacts to consult with in issues outside of his role as Loan Officer. We (Buyers) and Sellers we’re out of town during the purchase process. I started my refinance with a local credit union. I felt like it was a bait and switch game of dishonesty. I met with Rodney Pinon and had a much different experience. Pleasant. Honest. He kept me informed of every step. Answered my questions quickly with clear explanations. He told me he'd treat my loan the same as he would his own, and I believe he did. His estimates/numbers were the same from day one through closing.
