Before I became a realtor, I was a lighting technician in the film and television industry for over 15 years. I had the opportunity to work with major networks such as National Geographic, The Sports Network, Discovery Channel, CTV, Global and CBC, for such shows as Dragon's Den, and Master Chef Canada and not to mention, countless music videos and television commercials (chances are, if you've seen it on TV, I was a part of the crew). Although these were exciting sets to be a part of, what was memorable for me were the people. Every job was different and it allowed me to meet and work with some really great people over the years.

Real Estate is no different - every day and situation is unique and most importantly, I get to help people with one of the most important transactions in their lives....and that's what I love.

Adam is the best! As first time buyers he walked us through all the ins and outs, from finding the right space and location, to what to look for or avoid. He also put us in contact with everyone we needed throughout the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and patiently guided us through each step. He never tried to sell us on anything but rather took away the guesswork and anxiety of the unknown. With his expert advice, he made sure we understood everything we needed to know which allowed us to make a safe and well informed decision. A decision that was without a doubt what was best for us. We also appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire experience. Adam was thorough, professional, and great to work with. We would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat! It was our first time using a realtor for a rental and even though we weren't purchasing property, we were treated with the same level of service and attention. Adam is very responsive, considerate, and knows what he is doing. Very apparently, he cares where his clients end up, even if it may be temporary. When we are ready to purchase, we will definitely be using Adam, and highly recommend him as your home finding guru!

Working with Adam made finding a new apartment a breeze. He was very communicative, thorough and flexible. We had been looking for an apartment in Hamilton for several weeks with no luck, and within a week of contacting Adam we had put in an offer on a place. I was nervous to navigate the sale of my first home. We had had a bad experience with the realtors when we bought it, and there was a definite dread in our minds around going through the process again. Luckily, I had met Adam through work friends a few years prior and he seemed like the perfect match to guide us through.
