Balvinder Singh (better Known as Dr. Ahuja in Punjab, India) did his M.B.B.S from Govt. Medical College Punjab in 1991 and completed 6 years of Pediatric Residency at India’s premier institute, Christian Medical College and Hospital in 1997. Another feather was added to his professional and personal cap when he successfully conducted the delivery of a Newborn while travelling on a plane from New-Delhi to Toronto. His expertise and conduct prevented the costly landing of the long haul trans polar 16 hours flight.
In 2011, Balvinder immigrated to Canada with his Family to start his second tour in life, very different from his past. Since then, Balvinder has shifted his passion and commitment to service by assisting others with successful Real estate trades here in Canada. This may be due in part to his Family genes, he belongs to a business focused family who have helped him succeed. He has brought many transferable skills from his medical career such as Customer Service, a high level of sincerity, transparency, dedication, team work, leadership, organization, empathy, adaptability, problem solving, and research. Balvinder successfully completed the OREA certification with excellent scores and intends to continue to deliver a high level of client service, and to take care of the holistic needs of every Real estate client in a professional manner. Balvinder is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
