I was born and raised in a rural community called Cape Broyle, on the scenic southern shore. I am a mother to two children and now reside in the beautiful City of Mount Pearl. I have been involved in business for the last 30 years, 18 of those being your Real Estate go to! I attended MUN and received my degree in 1984. I have operated several successful businesses from restaurants, hotels and real estate for many years. I am a person who enjoys people and I have always kept top notch service as the main focus of my business. I am a dependable business woman, honest and sincere. I always keep the best interest and wellbeing of my clients as my first priority. My job is to make sure you get what you want out of your real estate transaction and to make sure it is a smooth, enjoyable process.
I have been with HomeLife since starting my career as a Realtor in 2004 and enjoy working with the general public on the biggest investment of their lives. My full-time Transaction Co-Ordinator, Tiffany, started with me over 10 years ago and is an asset to you and my business when it comes to making things run smoothly and efficiently.

We have recently sold our summer residence on the Southern Shore and Michelle Mitchum was our real estate agent. We chose Michelle because of the extensive and knowledgeable experience she has with the area and she did not disappoint. Her knowledge and willingness to assist not only us as the sellers but the buyers (even though they had their own agent) as well as the lawyers with getting the sale over the finish line was outstanding. We closed on time which is great considering the market due in large part to Michelle’s willingness to assist all parties. Michelle was my realtor for my late fathers house, I have to say she was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home. She is so friendly and down to earth, I only wish I had her in the beginning of the process. The other realtor did not do anything at all, Michelle was always willing to do what ever, and always there to talk to. Like I said I would highly recommend her she is just fabulous.
