Megann was recommended to us by a friend, and she was immediately responsive as we were looking to rent a condo in short order. She rapidly identified a number of condos for us to view, accommodated our limited schedule, and was available for the tours, as well as before and after to answer questions. We were lucky enough to find a place on the first day, and Megann stepped up and ensured that every scrap of paperwork was under control. She gave clear and easy instructions for each step, which resulted in a seamless entry for us into Toronto. I cannot express how important this was to us to know that she had our back at every step, and that nothing was being left to chance. After we had completed the process and moved in, she was there to welcome us on our first day as we picked up keys, provide us with a surprise gift card to help us get going at decorating the new place, and then checked in to ask how things were going a few days later. Megann was warm, welcoming, thoroughly efficient and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help in the real estate market in Toronto. I am extremely delighted to recommend Megann as the best real estate agent. The communication was top notch right from the beginning. Megann knew exactly what I was looking for and also understood that I was on a limited budget for my first home in Canada. Being a first time home buyer, she took a lot of her time explaining me all the different terms of an agreement. This proved very crucial later on when we put in actual offers for the property.
Megann knows a lot about the history of Toronto and it was absolutely fantastic learning about the history of the places we visited during the viewings. Personally, I feel Megann is genuine, a great friend, and an absolute delight to work with.

Megann recently helped us find a house to rent in Oshawa. Despite the many challenges with our situation, one being having two large dogs, she persevered and came through for us.
