We purchased a home last month using Amanda Green through Home Smart Realty. Amanda advocated for us throughout the whole home-buying process. In a tough market, she showed perseverance, and genuine concern for our desires as buyers. She has answers to all of your questions or quickly finds them. We met Dean McNulty when my husband and I were house-hunting in Salem.
We were immediately impressed by his low-key, no-pressure attitude. He went on to deliver exemplary service.
-- Listened to our needs
-- Made himself available to look at properties in a timely manner
-- Offered advice about neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, lifestyle, etc.
When we found the house we eventually bought he:
-- Looked the place over as carefully as if HE was buying it himself. That 'second set' of eyes was invaluable in piecing together the home's hidden history and what extras might need repairing. He is the one who first spotted the leaking window in the master bedroom.
-- Made recommendations for an inspector and contractors
-- Was pleasantly aggressive in managing the relationship between the seller's agent and other contractors. He continually checked to make sure the roof and other projects were getting done on time. The seller's agent called him a micro-manager and we were thrilled; we all took it as a compliment.
-- Kept us apprised of all the paperwork. He even helped us process some last-minute loan docs.
--Came to us for the closing....that was completely above and beyond and much appreciated.
--Since we happen to live close to his home, he has even stopped by on occasion to make sure things are going well.
I cannot recommend his services enough. If you are looking for someone with a hands-on, professional approach to home sales, be sure to speak with Dean.

Lloyd was great. It was easy to speak to him and express my needs in a home. He took me house shopping and really paid attention to our wants. He found us the perfect home. Lloyd Is great person and has great communication skills
Vanessa has now helped buy and sell two homes in the area. She nailed it within one week in spite of it being a sellers market we listed a Stayton Home and bought a Silverton Home within one week! Her help with a great mortgage agent helped us navigate through some unexpected Fannie Mae challenges to close with a great mortgage! This is an agent who cares!!

We hired Dave Lambert to sell our home in Sublimity, OR in November 2014. After moving out of the house in December, Dave was a great help to us and potential buyers. He made special efforts to conduct open houses, both scheduled and impromptu. He was willing to help keep the house looking its best by periodically sweeping the porch, vacuuming and keeping the house looking neat. He also brought in some furniture and lighting to help give the house a lived in look, as our furniture had been moved out. After moving, Dave helped arrange for the carpets to be cleaned and kept us informed about how many potential buyers had viewed the house.
Once we had an offer, Dave was a great help in assisting in the process remotely, and arranged to have us sign most paperwork electronically. Living 350 miles from the property he respected our grief process and kept us informed through each step. He definitely took the ball and ran with it relieving us of the burden of trying to manage this process during a difficult time and from a distance. If I were wanting to purchase real estate in Oregon I would definitely contact Jeff first.
