I've worked with Mechelle for over seven years now. She and HomeStreet have had my mortgage since inception, my refinance and the mortgage on my Mother's condo. Every step of the way she has been on top of the process, documentation with underwriting and looking out for the best rates when the Fed is shifting and always looking out for my best interests.

Very attentive and quick to respond. We communicated mostly via email and she always got back to us right away, even on weekends. We got a weekly status report and house closed on time.

We have had the good fortune to refinance with Mechelle twice, and on both occasions, she was quick, efficient, helpful and understanding. She also helped facilitate HELOCs for us in both refinances which have proved to be key in moving forward with our retirement plans. Mechelle answered all our questions right away, immediately addressed concerns and always asked if there was more she could do. She rescued us from a sea of confusion at difficult times when we needed financial options. I always felt like she understood what we needed and would find a way. Mechelle listen’s to what you say and what you’re trying to do. She will help you formulate your plan. An guide you how to accomplish it. Then she and her assistant will guide you step by step and answer all your questions. Last she won’t forget about you after all is done and closed.

Mechelle has been our go to person for over 7 years. When we first began working with Mechelle, it was to help us refinance when we discovered we had to tear down half our house and build a new structure.
