My wife and I recently completed an online application for a home equity line of credit. Although the documentation was well organized, it was still voluminous and, working with an iPhone, it was sometimes difficult to see the big picture in terms of the information we were providing and the contractual provisions to which we were committing. Ed Clarke was instrumental in keeping us on track, ensuring that all provisions were understood and, when problems arose in electronic communications, suggesting workarounds. The process would have been more difficult and would have taken much longer without him.
