With over 25 years in the mortgage industry, I have worked both in operations early on, and then into my current role as a Loan Consultant. With my vast knowledge of mortgage business, I feel I can assist people in choosing the right loan that best suits their needs.

I also provide assistance in helping clients plan for a loan in their future if they are not ready to move forward at the present time for whatever reason. Customer service is very important to me - my goal would be to make a customer for life, not just during the time of the transaction!

Julie was extremely helpful throughout the application, underwriting and finalization process. She was patient with my questions and helped sort through several matters in the underwriting process. Our financial holdings are complicated and Julie helped with the underwriting process which I'm certain was a helpful factor to get things closed. Julie also assisted us shortly before closing by conveying our views and our financial condition to the loan officers and helped us secure, what we felt, was a fair rate. While I never met with Julie in person, she kept us updated and informed throughout the process. Communication was a strong factor to get us through. Julie was a pleasure to work with.

Julie has been outstanding, very professional , and supper helpful in explaining the process you go through when buying a home. Julie Horgan is simply amazing! I have worked with her several times over the last 15 yrs, and whether it was a purchase or refinance, she helped me navigate the transactions with ease. She was very thorough in her explanations and kept me updated on timelines. Recently, I decided to go with a VA refinance and once again, Julie was on top of things. She checked with the VA to make sure we were adhering to the most recent guidelines and that I was indeed eligible. Julie did a great job during our refinance. She kept us up to date through out the process. Was always available when ever we had any questions. As an engineer I can be a bit anal. Her knowledge of the process enabled her to always promptly and satisfactorily answered all my questions. I would whole heartily recommend Julie to anyone that is looking into refinancing their home.
