My specialties include renovation and construction lending. I also teach the benefits of home ownership and how to reach financial goals. I've been involved with HomeStreet Bank's success with FHA 203(k) and investor remodel loans from the very beginning. These loans can be as simple as sitting down and reviewing financial data and talking with the future homeowners about what they want to accomplish.
I've worked in the banking industry for more than 12 years now, but I began at ground zero, low person on the totem pole. After working in many different roles, such as Teller, New Accounts Representative and Processor, I finally found the one job that includes a little bit of everything. As a HomeStreet Bank Loan Officer who understands the banking industry from all different avenues, I have a clear advantage. I can relate to and understand situations that arise and I know how to handle them when they do.
I provide my customers with the very best service possible and enough information to make their decisions based on what they've learned rather than guessing or feeling unsure of their selection. I respond to clients in a timely manner and provide choices on how they want to do business; either in person, by mail or on the phone. I understand that people are on the move and don't always have time to meet.
I'm very active in my community with youth sports. I coach both basketball and soccer for girls and boys teams. Although I find my free time busy with games, I enjoy seeing results in the kids I coach, both socially and mentally.
