Stephen was really easy to work with. As first time home buyers, we had lots a questions and he took the time to explain everything to us. He is also was extremely easy to reach, if any issues or questions about the process came up.
Stephen kept us informed though out the home buying process about what documents we needed and when we needed to provided them by. He also updated us regularly where in the process we were, i.e. received need documents, at underwriting, waiting for appraisal, etc.
Stephen is friendly and was patient with all our questions. I would recommend Stephen Robello as your Loan Officer, especially if you haven't purchased a home before.

Stephen was wonderful on our refinance, as well as our most recent home purchase. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain any step in the process that we had questions on and made everything easy to understand. Super responsive to calls and was speedy when we needed to get our offer in asap. He was very accommodating when our computer/printer was acting up and we needed to get paperwork signed. Highly recommend!
