I do not know where to begin with the gratitude I have for Jessica, and the whole homestreet group. They have worked with my family for around 6 years to help us get into our very first house. We were very very picky with what we wanted and had a very tight budget to work with. Ryan was amazing through the whole process. I'm a first time homebuyer, and while I applied at 3 different lenders, Ryan was by far the best of the bunch. He was extremely responsive, answered all my questions, and spent our first call explaining all the steps in the process. The day I was putting in my offer, there was some back and forth with another potential buyer, and I went back to Ryan several times to make sure I was approved, and he answered immediately. He made it an easy process and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.
