Ryan was amazing through the whole process. I'm a first time homebuyer, and while I applied at 3 different lenders, Ryan was by far the best of the bunch. He was extremely responsive, answered all my questions, and spent our first call explaining all the steps in the process. The day I was putting in my offer, there was some back and forth with another potential buyer, and I went back to Ryan several times to make sure I was approved, and he answered immediately. He made it an easy process and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Ryan was a tremendous help to my wife and I as we shopped for our first home. Ryan was professional and competent as my loan officer throughout my home buying experience. Being a first time home buyer in the Seattle market is difficult. I had many questions and needed support throughout the process and always had that with Ryan. It took me over a year of trying to finally seal the deal and even throughout that entire time Ryan always responded quickly and was able to update me on my options and the situation. I was finally able to close on a great house and would reach out to Ryan again tomorrow if I needed to buy another one (although for Ryan and I's benifit, I hope that doesn't happen)!
