In less than two weeks time Jon Bruch at HomeStreet Bank secured a large mortgage for us for buying a condo on Lake Washington. Another bank was taking over a month in trying to arrange financing, which from our point of view was ridiculous if they had just reviewed our banking statements with them over a 16 year period. We were in danger of losing the condo and our large earnest money payment. Jon impressed us with his expertise, communication, reassurance and professionalism. We recommend him with the highest praise.
