Ken was so extremely patient and helpful with us. He was always so professional and if he did not answer our calls right away, he was sure to get back to us shortly after. We are new to this process and to the area and we had a ton of questions. However, he never made us feel like we were bothering him, or that any of our inquiries were a nuisance. Our process was a little delayed, but he remained communicative and assured us that these things happen and to trust the process. He made this whole process as smooth as possible and for that we are extremely grateful. We would highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a home loan.

Per is amazing! I hit a major snag with my original lender over a week into closing and was at risk of having the buyers back out. A family friend recommended reaching out to Per to see if he could save the day and he did! Great recommendations are easy when you don't have to make them up! Heather and her team were a lifesaver!! Outstanding response time, clear communication, and she endeavored to get this deal done... all from 2,000 miles away! We were trying to close the sale of our home in Kansas while buying a home in Gig Harbor all while moving two jobs, two kids, and conducting our own move.
