As a first time home buyer, I was pretty nervous about everything that comes with purchasing a home. Per was incredibly professional and helpful. I had so many questions and he was always quick to respond and gave really informative answers. Per and his team were so on top of everything for us that we were able to focus on other logistics of the home buying process. We knew that, from the loan standpoint, we were taken care of and didn't need to worry. I would 100% recommend Per to anyone buying a home.

I loved working with Per, and highly highly recommend him and his team! My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and knew very little about how the purchase process went, let alone the loaning process. Per and his team were patient, kind, and quick to answer any and all of our questions along the way. We felt very well-cared-for, not only through the multiple offers we put on multiple homes, but especially once we were finally in the closing process on our home. Per was amazing to work with. He and my agent were a dream team and ensured I was able to close on my new home in about two and a half weeks. He communicated clearly and quickly and explained various options as the market continued to change. During negotiations, he offered options to help keep the deal alive. I’m grateful to Per and his team for talking me through the lending process and helping me get into my new home. It was great working with Per for our home loan, and insurance. It was a stressful time for my family as we ran in to a lot of hick-ups along the way. He was kind and understanding when we asked questions. We had a small budget to work with, but Per really helped make everything easier to digest by being honest and giving us the information we needed to make informed decisions. He helped to make the process a lot less stressful than it was at the time. Due to him we were able to afford our mortgage payments and insurance on our new house. I fully recommend others working with him. You may not always enjoy the news but he will be honest, and assist you to the best of his abilities. It is tough selling and buying homes in the current market, but Per made us feel secure in our decisions and helped us to make better ones. I believe he will do the same for anyone else.

Without a doubt, Per and his team provided the best lending experience I've had in three home purchases. He is incredibly responsive, adaptable and unbelievably patient when it comes to setting things up the way my wife and I wanted--all while coordinating closely with our realtor to make sure the "team" is on the same page.

The home buying process can be filled with a great deal of stress and ambiguity; but Per is truly exceptional compared to his "peers" in the area.

Working with Per has been excellent! He was happy to meet at the start to talk through the process and answered all questions I had. When I was ready to make an offer, he researched all possible financing options, and took care of any hiccups that occurred. I could easily reach out via email and either he, or his assistant Heather was able to respond.

We had some long awaited projects that were in desperate need of completion. We did not want to run up credit cards to get them done, and definitely did not want to do a cash out refi with our current rate being under 4. A HELOC was the best action for us to take, and Per and his team got it done for us quickly! Our projects are already half way done, and the peace of mind is immeasurable.

I highly recommend Per Moerkeseth for your home financing needs. My experience in buying my first home was rather discouraging due to the lender I was using at the time not knowing some of the rules and regulations, which caused me to lose out on 2 homes, Finally I called Per. Not only did he contact me right away, it was later that evening, he jumped right in and went to work. The process was so easy, he communicated everything promptly and clearly.
