As a Loan Officer, I've successfully helped clients throughout Washington, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho and Oregon accomplish the homeownership dream. It is important to me that I guide my clients through the lending process so that they are not left confused after the loan process is complete. My personal commitment has always been to ensure my clients receive the best customer service and loan product to meet their personal needs. A commitment I continue to deliver each day at HomeStreet Bank.

My background consists of six years in the mortgage industry where I've held the position of Senior Loan Officer Assistant before transitioning to becoming a Loan Officer myself. This extensive experience gives my clients the confidence and trust they deserve while navigating the home buying or refinance process which at times can be tricky.

In addition, I help my clients as they consider upsizing, downsizing or simply relocating. Helping families afford the home that fits them best is a part of my job whether it is today, tomorrow or years down the road.

Samantha has helped us on two occasions to obtain a Line Of Credit. It was twice because we were very pleased with her work on our first LOC. She gained our trust immediately by being upfront with us and explaining the process we would be going through. It was beneficial and detailed.

She was always available and very responsive to our questions which helped guide us. It was amazing the attention she gave to our needs. She answered most questions by phone or e-mail in less than an hour. I remember once the response seemed to take longer, but it was a Saturday - her day off (we expected to hear from her the following Monday).
