Mary Lou and her team were fantastic! She sold our condo for way more than I expected was possible. I live out of state, which I assumed would present all kinds of logistical problems for us. Mary Lou's reputation preceded her and did not disappoint. Her knowledge of the area and market set us right where we needed to be for selling our condo while we were looking to buy a house. It was a complicated transaction but Mary Lou was right there every step of the way and helped make it as smooth as possible.

She worked all hours of the day, walked me thru the details and steps of the process, kept me informed of every step of the process, and pushed all the right buttons to coordinate with other agents to get the work done behind the scenes to meet deadlines. Fantastic relator and fantastic person! Mary Lou did not have an easy job selling my property, and she got it done for me! She was the third realator I used to sell my condo, and I wish I would have contacted her the first time! I don't think Mary Lou sleeps; her response time is incredible! She managed decisions weighing my output of cost to make improvements vs. benefit, and she was very conscientious with every decision. And, she never gave up!
