We bought our first home with Sujata. Home buying is a very overwhelming process for first time home buyers but Sujata was there throughout the process to answer our questions and help us go through the documentations the whole time.
She is a well read experienced realtor and has knowledge about ideal locations in the bay area for buying homes. She helped us take home tours and also shared timely information about disclosures and other communication with listing agent. She was very prompt in the negotiation process and protected our interests through the process. She has good contacts within bay-area for lenders, contractors regarding home buying process and for anything needed after that. We worked with one of her recommended lenders to close our home.

When I met with Sujata Rampur, I had just begun casually considering selling our home. However I have no idea where to start and the task seemed out of reach and very complicated. Sujata was so friendly and easy to talk with.
