From the beginning of our interactions, Khyati has been exceptionally communicative and patient with a first-time home buyer. She began by helping me develop an understanding of the entire process and highlighted the steps to take before beginning to look at open houses, steps that can easily be missed. Once the foundation is built and you develop an idea of what you want, she is frequently in contact about newly posted listings and is available to visit them with you if you so wish. Another area I relied on her was for documentation and how to make sense of disclosures, etc. Khyati does a thorough examination of documentation before/during/after the offer process.
