I had already decided to sell my house but had been procrastinating until I received a letter in the mail. It was from Elena. I decided to give her a call and see what happened. As soon as we started talking, I felt very comfortable with her. We set up the initial meeting right away. Before our meeting I received a package from Elena with an introduction letter and a beautifully put together book detailing Intero Real Estate Services and a comprehensive plan to sell your home. I was so impressed with the classy packet and the professionalism it exuded. It not only impressed me, it made me feel like a special customer and I couldn’t wait to meet her.
As soon as we met, I felt very comfortable with her. She spent a good deal of time going over all the details. She took her time to answer any questions I had without making me feel rushed to finish our meeting. Even before our meeting was over, I had already decided that I was going to go with her. She impressed me with her knowledge, her professionalism, and the confidence in herself.
As soon as she knew we were going with her, she started working. She took a tour of my house and suggested what work she thinks we should do. She also, told me that it was entirely up to me if I wanted to get the work done or not. To be honest I started to feel overwhelmed and nervous about getting the work done. I also worried about how I was going to afford all that. She told me I didn’t need to worry about anything because she was going to handle everything. She said, all I needed to do was to pack my stuff. That made me feel so much better.
The next thing I knew, Elena had already reached out to all her contacts to get quotes for all the work that needed to be done. She did not waste any time. She told me I could shop around for quotes too and we will go with the best ones that work for me. She got me the best quotes and great workers that did a fantastic job. She made sure I didn’t have to pay any more than I could afford. I was so amazed with her ability to multi-task and to juggle everything around when scheduling all the contractors. I had to get painting, landscaping, new floors in the bedrooms, along with a stager who needed to be squeezed in between the contractors because the stager was going out of town that week. Elena worked her magic and made it all happen. That too at a really good price. She got my house ready to list in 1 week. Even my neighbor across the street was impressed at how fast Elena got everything done. She said, “I can tell, you have a really good agent, I am so impressed with her.” Elena had 3 other listings at the same time, and not once did she make me feel like I was not her utmost priority and an important client of hers. She was always available to me. Whether it be via phone call, text messaging, emailing, or meeting in person. I’m pretty sure she made all her other clients feel the same way because that’s who Elena is. My house was sold within a week. Elena worked tirelessly till the end to get me the best offer I could get. I didn’t even imagine I could get that much until she made it happen. I cannot tell you how happy I was. I kept telling all my friends and family about her and they all agreed that she was heaven sent. I have moved around quite a bit in my life and never have I ever worked with such a dedicated agent. She is just an all-around great human being who goes above and beyond to help others. There’s a quote right at the top of the introduction page in the Intero Real Estate Services book Elena sent me.
“The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra.” I had heard and seen this quote many times before, but I had never felt the truth of it until I met Elena. She is a true example of this quote.
Elena became a good friend of mine who still helps me when ever I need. I would strongly recommend Elena to anyone who is looking for the best real estate agent around.
