I worked with Girish as a first time home buyer. He was very professional throughout the process. As were first time home buyers he went through the entire process with us in very detail when we first met him. You can watch any number of YouTube videos to get an overview but sitting down with a professional like Girish who is very diligent and helpful provides a lot of value to you as he is very patient in explaining things and clarifying any questions you may have. Only thing you probably need to make sure of is the important aspects in a home that you’re looking for. These preferences will change during the process but be open about it with Girish so that he can guide you accordingly. Few important aspects I liked about Girish is he is not pushy for us to close on a home fast. He truly does have your best interests at heart so that you find the home that you like best. Also he does not push you towards any direction about go or no go for a home but only shares his experience and facts . This is very helpful as ultimately decision is always yours.
During our search as well he was accommodative in terms of scheduling viewing appointments if you wanted to see it another time than open house. When deciding to put an offer for a home he would share valuation reports which served as a guiding factor to decide on the number.
During the offer time he helps you navigate the negotiations very skillfully in terms of getting you any relevant info that might help you decide the number.
Post our offer was accepted he was available during the loan approval process as well for any guidance. We had few hiccups during this time but Girish helped resolve them very quickly and effectively so that the process and dates of closing is not disturbed.
