My brother Jim met Frank in 2003 when Frank assisted him in purchasing a home in Pacifica, CA. In July 2016 after Jim has passed away, my four sisters and I traveled from the East Coast to California to clean out his house and have it listed for sale. On top of his desk was a business card for Frank Vento. I called the listed telephone number and Frank answered and came over to the house and sat down with our family to discuss listing the house. Frank also at that time gave us the name of an attorney to call to assist with probate. After our first meeting with Frank, we knew why my brother Jim had picked Frank as his real estate agent. Frank's calming personality and his willingness to assist made us all agree that Frank would be the one we would want to help sell Jim's house.
After signing a listing agreement, Frank prepared a list of items in the home that needed to be addressed. Frank then met with numerous contractors, received bids, and supervised the work. Frank provided timely updates and photos of all the work performed. Frank then had the house staged and after four open houses secured seven offers on the house. After numerous counteroffers, Frank helped us get the best possible price. Frank also assisted in helping us sell Jim’s truck. Frank’s friendship, guidance and assistance were invaluable. Now that the house is sold I am sad that I will not have any further dealings with Frank since he became the last West Coast connection which I had to my brother Jim. However, I know that if I were to have any future real estate dealings or questions about real estate in the San Francisco area, Frank Vento is the person I would turn to and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others since he has made a painful process that much easier.
