Recently, my parents passed away within three months of each other. Christina was awesome and highly professional and helpful. She was always on time and available. Even on vacation or out of town she was always accessible. She helped us during a very difficult buyers market. She guided us through the process and went above and beyond even during the most challenging situations, she treated me with respect as a US Military veteran, and always gave the best advice. We ended up buying a great home below what we thought we were going to have to pay that even appraised for higher than the price we paid. We loved her so much we even got here some extra gifts and took her to the winery we are members at to show our true appreciation for her and her dedication to us as clients. We didn’t even know she had other clients because she made us feel like we were her only ones. If you live in the East Bay I highly recommend her.

We are 1st time homebuyers from the Bay Area and has not much knowledge with real estate when we found Ms. Christina back in 2019. She exceeded our expectations and guided us through the process. It was shortly before COVID shutdown when we found our house .Christina never fails to communicate and update us on the status even during the lockdown and because of that we were confident that she is directing us to the right direction in acquiring our new home. Christina helped us getting the best deal with our developer. We closed and moved to our newly built house and couldn’t be happier to have found a safe and quiet community! Christina is very good in maintaining communication even up to know. She periodically email and share the value of our house which we find very helpful. Our experience with Kathleen was excellent. As shown by the 5 star rating her responsiveness and negotiation skills were superb. She was always available and got back to us on our questions right away. As far as the negotiation skills it was nice to know we had a strong partner on hand for this. We were very happy with the above offer selling price that we ended up with. She is also a problem solver and was able to help out and minimize delay time when there was a snag on the buyer's side with their loan. This was our first time selling a home in over 27 years so we were somewhat unfamiliar with the process and she certainly had all the answers for us and made the overall process quite easy. I sold my house in El Sobrante, California. Kathleen Craig was my listing agent. I bought my house many years ago and I was told that I need to do upgrades to comply with current building codes. Kathleen Craig has great team of contractors, staging designers, and landscapers. Kathleen Craig and contractors came up with the plan what needs to be done to make house look spectacular. I needed to install new front yard , upgrade and clean back yard, and do a few upgrades to comply with new building codes. I was surprised when Kathleen told me that we will go on the market in two weeks. I thought it will take a few months to get it done. In two weeks, front yard looked spectacular, back yard looked spectacular, upgrades were done , staging was done and photo shoot was done. My house looked spectacular inside and outside. Online presentation looked breathtaking. After my house got on multiple listing, Kathleen was doing open houses. My house got multiple offers and Kathleen managed bidding war above my expectation. My house was sold at highest price in the history of my neighborhood. I had goodbye party and many neighbors came to congratulate me with successful sale. Kathleen has been more than our agent. She educated us on the various steps to home owning. She guided us through all the steps, what to expect and her knowledge on mortgages is awesome, having been in the field herself. She set everything up and followed up with all the parties and got all the information that we needed. She even has a timeline chart which helps with a lot of planning. She has a good mix of technology up her sleeve with bots letting us know real estate trends. I am so glad to be working with her and I will continue to work with her
