She is so knowledgeable and organized and she facilitated EVERYTHING--from the choosing and lining up houses, to the documents, to the bank processes, to price negotiation, to closing, she led us through the entire process from start to finish which was invaluable as first time home buyers. We sold our first home with Kim and couldn't wait to write a review for her. Kim helped us sell our home beyond our expected value. While selling a home of ofcourse more is better, but when you list it you look at the market comps and make a mental model about the price and any realtor would tell you to moderate your expectations. Kim was the opposite, very bullish from the start and put in a lot of effort in presenting our home with elegance and detail. She suggested improvements which would bring the best out of our home without going overboard with home improvement costs. She worked with the interested buyers responsively and intelligently which helped us sell our home for top dollar.

It was a pleasure working with Kim as first time home buyers. We had little know-how about almost everything. Once we got in touch with her for buying a property she guided us through the whole process and helped us gain much needed confidence that buying a home is not as hard as it looks. She gave us contacts to get pre-approved so we can decide our budget. Next, she critiqued the houses that we liked very thoroughly for us (me and my wife) so we can make an informed decision. Later when we settled on a house, she helped us negotiate the price in a highly volatile market.
Even after we moved to our house, she was there to help us navigate through the change. Within the first month we started finding some previously uncaught non-trivial issues with plumbing of the house. We got quite worried when we noticed those issues but Kim made sure we as home buyers and her clients don’t have to pay for those plumbing issues by ourselves.
She is one incredible home agent to work with. She has passion for her work, she cares for her clients and she has years of experience and expertise in this market. Would definitely recommend her to all my friends!

He helped us to find a good lender who could complete the loan in time before contingency period. During closing he negotiated to complete various outstanding items on the home even though they were not put in the contract.
