Words are not enough to compliment Clementina's work ethics and professionalism! Clementina went above and beyond and raised the bar. She had an incident occur right before the buyer signing was to occur, she still completed the signing and was communicating with the buyer and Ever Cloud. The signing was delayed so she missed same day Fedex pickup. Clementina took it upon herself to deliver docs directly to title the next morning, driving over an hour since file was closing the next day (without asking for a fee increase!!!) WOW, what professionalism and work ethic. She is a keeper and we wish we could replicate Clementina for signings all over the country.

Above and beyond service is an understatement! As a mortgage broker time is of the essense. Without Clementina my buyers and sellers would have not closed on this loan.
