I learned so much from the 2 1031 exchange classes conducted by Mele Heresa. I take the CE classes to keep my license active to do referrals, but i have not really been active in the last 4 years (caregiving for my folks). I am amazed at how much easier it is to conduct real estate now with all the help from companies such as yours. I was always intimidated by 1031's, but now it's just a matter of giving clients Mele's number. She is so knowledgeable and makes understanding it simple.
