Scott made my 1031 exchange training simple and easy to understand. Scott was energetic, focused, and engaging of the whole team. Scott thoroughly explained the material and gave all participants ample opportunity to ask questions or get clarity when needed. Outside of that he offered his availability post-training which is very much appreciated. Not to mention, the guy seems very committed to his work considering he has THREE PHONES to make sure he's accessible at all times. 10/10 would recommend!
