Whether it's a brief teaser to a group that might not be familiar, or to a group listening to get CE credit, Greg delivers the right information in the right way for the audience. People had mentioned the 1031 Exchange to avoid the capital gains.
What they didn't tell me was you need to have the Exchange set in place before closing. Not knowing that cost me a lot in cap gains.
By the closing of the 3rd property I did find out that you needed the exchange in place.
I spoke with Margo less than 24 hours before that closing, She jumped right in and had everything seamlessly set up by closing the next day.
She saved me A LOT of money

Greg did an excellent job in covering the 1031 exchanges using real examples of when to use and when it's better (rarely) not to use the exchange. He also was not bothered by the frequently asked questions from the audience during his presentation and at the close. Highly recommend taking his class.
