I would highly recommend for all 1031x needs. Highly professional team. We had a last min emergency due to seller agent negligence, and the team at ipx went into full support mode for me. This emergency happened AFTER the close of business and I received multiple personal phone calls from Milissa as well as follow up emails all after end of day. My initial contact at 5:15pm with my emergency plea for help, Milissa called back SIX minutes later while at dinner to address my issue, followed up with a call about an hour later and several emails going past 8pm at night. They DEMONSTRATED how they will do whatever it takes to get the job job, at all hours when needed in a crisis. I appreciate them SOOO much and again HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all 1031x needs!
