IPX 1031 Southern and Southeast

I recently took the 1031 Exchange class as part of my commercial real estate certification through the Miami Board of REALTORS®, and I thought it was an excellent class.

Sangeeta Banerjee was a great instructor. She was very knowledgeable, explained the material clearly, and made a real effort to engage the audience throughout the class. 1031 exchanges can be a complicated topic, but she did a great job breaking down the information and making it easier to understand and apply to real-world transactions.

I found the class to be very informative and worthwhile. I came away with a much better understanding of 1031 exchanges and how important they can be in commercial real estate. I would definitely recommend this class to other real estate professionals looking to expand their knowledge.
