1. Krissy met with us three months in advance to plan every stage of our sale - from prep work, staging, listing, and the closing process.

Krissy was amazingly helpful in our search for a new home. We did not live in the area and she was so helpful in checking out houses for us so that we only made the trip to St. Louis if a listing really had potential. She saved us many, many trips. You would be stupid to NOT go with Krissy as your realtor. I would argue with anyone that my wife and I were trying to buy a home in one of the hardest climates for first time home buyers.
