Lisa was my listing agent when I sold my home. She was a professional in the purest sense. She was on time, competent in every aspect and always followed through with what she said she would do. She was committed in making sure I was equipped to sell my home at the highest value. When my listing hit the market, it was a crazy weekend and a flurry of prospective buyers, by Sunday evening we had two strong offers. What can I say. she saw us through a very difficult buying process because of our situation, Government shutdown, VA bureaucracy and us sometimes not being so nice to while we were in the battle. Not to mention my language barrier with being involved in a complex sales process for me. She took her time to see that I understood all of the papers as best she could to me. I sure she wanted to loose her patience a few times with me, but she didn't. My husband and I are proud to now have her as a friend.

Jake Rockwell recently helped me purchase a new home in Rogue River and I was very pleased and satisfied with a job that was very well done. I recently relocated to Oregon and was living on the coast for almost a year before I decided to move to southern Oregon. When I made my decision to move, there were a lot of factors for me to consider, and I was all over the map so to say, in making my final decision....Grants Pass, Medford, White City, Eagle Point, and Rogue RIver....where to go, what to do????.....Throughout this process, Jake was very patient, extremely professional and always there when I needed him to answer questions, show properties, and just really always be available for me 100%.
