I’ll just start by saying that I never write reviews, however Joann did such an AMAZING job, I seeked it out this time. Prior to the purchase of our new home which again Joann did an amazing job with, my wife and I were in the market for over 2 years with multiple failed bids using a different realtor. We thought she was doing a good job, and we were just having bad luck. We had already given up. However that was until we met Joann. The minute we met Joann, we got a very good feeling that our luck was going to change. I’m going to use a bunch of adjetives here, however they are all true. Please reach out to Joann, and you can confirm what I’m saying. Joann is for one, relentless! She will do whatever it takes to put you in the best position possible whether it’s buying, selling or renting. By the way I forgot to mention she also found us a great tenant for our rental once we moved into our new home. Joann is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, pleasant, not pushy whatsoever, and with her extensive knowledge, she will guide you through the entire process from A-Z. It was just an all around Great experience. She truly had our best interest at heart. It’s just her personality. She’s a very genuine person. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new home. Tom listens. He confirmed that the asking price needed to be much higher than a competitor was offering. We got what we asked for! He did a great job with the listing, photos, & film. I have worked with him twice before, so I knew I was in good hands.

I have nothing but greatness to say about Tina. Last year she listed and sold our 2 bedroom home in Lombard bringing in 35 offers, all over listing price. She was helpful with any assistance we needed including making our move out of Illinois to Florida almost with ease. She does what she says she will and knows the market.
