If I could give 100 million stars to the Sue Pearce Team, it still wouldn’t be enough! Sue and Amy have been the most supportive, reassuring, confident, and trustworthy realtors to work with. Pam was very professional and easy to work with!! She came to our house with a lot of helpful information to help my husband and myself make decisions about our asking price! We put our home on the private market for about a week and started showings immediately. After a week Pam suggested we put the house on the MLS and it sold on day 2 at our asking price!!! The fact that it sold so quickly was due to the beautiful photos and staging Pam did! She also helped us through the closing right up to when the net proceeds showed up in our account!

Selling the home he’d inhabited nearly 75 years and moving into an apartment was torture for my sentimental husband. Less so for me; it was time. After much due diligence, I contacted CC. She arrived for an initial consultation with a list of agent duties and responsibilities; current area comparators supporting the fair market value assessment; each step through property transfer and payment; seller and buyer responsibilities; estimated costs and estimated net proceeds; even an attorney referral. If she didn’t know the answer to a question, she found it and responded promptly. With 16 years of experience, CC’s personalized focus, empathy, and “on-call” availability (even while navigating a family crisis) helped us tremendously. Our home sold within a month, prior to being listed and for full price. Bottom line: She’s highly recommended without hesitation.

Tom was awesome he was who we choose. In 2023 to sell our house. Life had a different idea about that and he was great about postponing. A year and half it was time to try again. He worked with me every step of the way guiding me on how to get the house ready for market answer every question. When the time came he had his plan in place on the how, when, to place it up for sale. The house sold in the first few days. Tom handled all the needed inspections and questions for me. It was easy and smooth, highly recommend Tom.

Our home that Tom sold for us was very unique within the market. It had been reconfigured and added onto so that a senior person had their own first floor living spaces. Not your typical suburban home. This Home required a unique buyer.
