We interviewed a few agents for the selling of our parent’s home. My siblings and I liked Tom right away. He had a game plan from the start of how he was going to market our home and already had contacts lined up. He knows the market! He gave us figures of what he would list it at if we did nothing to it, or if we painted and redid the flooring or if we did a complete upgrade top to bottom! We really like the fact that he’s been a long time resident of Villa Park. Since this was our childhood home of 58 years that we were selling, we really wanted a buyer who would love the home as much as we did and would take care of it! Tom found us that buyer and we could not have been happier! The buyer still keeps in touch with us which has cemented in our minds all the more, that he was the right one! It was extremely hard for all of us to let go of our childhood home, but Tom was very patient, compassionate and understanding through it all!
