Tom was awesome he was who we choose. In 2023 to sell our house. Life had a different idea about that and he was great about postponing. A year and half it was time to try again. He worked with me every step of the way guiding me on how to get the house ready for market answer every question. When the time came he had his plan in place on the how, when, to place it up for sale. The house sold in the first few days. Tom handled all the needed inspections and questions for me. It was easy and smooth, highly recommend Tom.

Our home that Tom sold for us was very unique within the market. It had been reconfigured and added onto so that a senior person had their own first floor living spaces. Not your typical suburban home. This Home required a unique buyer.

I’ll just start by saying that I never write reviews, however Joann did such an AMAZING job, I seeked it out this time. Prior to the purchase of our new home which again Joann did an amazing job with, my wife and I were in the market for over 2 years with multiple failed bids using a different realtor.
