I would like to recommend Kathy Karasick as an outstanding real estate agent. Our house went on the market on a Friday, and that weekend we had seven attractive offers. Several were over the asking price. She and her partner Maria Elias had worked for weeks to get the house ready for this. They made many recommendations for staging and helped with every aspect. Kathy really went above and beyond. She coordinated workmen, inspectors, repairmen, etc.
We had already moved, so she was basically functioning as our property manager.
Two days before closing she was at our house helping with mopping and sweeping for the final walk through. In summary, Kathy did an amazing job to sell our house. We would give her our highest recommendation without reservation.
