My fiancé and I were incredibly lucky to have found Tom. As first and second time home buyers we really needed a realtor who could help us navigate more than just the cosmetics of a house. Many realtors are good at pointing out design layout/floor plans and the basics of a house but Tom did “house forensics” on each home we looked at pointing out any structural issues and the positives. We really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Any questions we had were answered quickly, he made paperwork extremely easy and the whole process was smooth and stress free. We would 110% recommend Tom to any first time home buyer or anyone looking to buy a home.

Tom changed my expectations of what services and value a realtor can provide. Tom provided excellent guidance throughout the sale of our property. He listened to our needs and wants and presented options to meet both. Tom goes the extra mile and works as your advocate with any contractors you enlist to make any needed repairs. He even took the time to reset our thermostat at the property to save us a 45 minute drive. If you are looking for a realtor who simplifies the buying or selling of your property, Tom is your best pick. He took the pressure off the sale of our house and always made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We will definitely work with Tom in the future.

Tom helped my elderly mother sell her condo. She had to move in with me, her daughter, due to health issues. My mom is 90 years old and does not travel well. He went out of his way to come to my house to get documents signed and explain the process to her. He did a wonderful job. The sell went smoothly and I definitely recommend him.
