As a highly motivated individual with a very strong track record of delivering high quality customer service, my goal is to ensure a successful and trustworthy real estate transaction for all my home sellers and buyers. With over 25 years in the real estate business and a excellent reputation among other agents in the business, I am able to provide my clients with loads of experience that allows me to negotiate a solid deal and provide a smooth experience.


When I am not doing real estate, I love to travel, spend time with my husband and my kids, exercise and be outdoors as much as possible, cook and entertain. I am also very involved with the Little Bit organization where I help, with my husband, every Thursday at Northside Community school. Little Bit is "about providing for students' basic needs while preserving their dignity, planting firm roots in school communities and serving the whole child - body, mind and spirit."

Berkley, you made the sale of my beautiful house of 50 years easier than I could imagine. Your appreciation of the home and the work which we put into it helped me realize that I was truly passing along a "forever home" to another generation who wanted to keep it up in a way that I was no longer capable of doing. Your thoughtful yet easygoing attitude certainly took the stress out of selling and moving.

Berkley did an amazing job! When I found out I was relocating for my job, I knew I had to call Berkley because she had done such a good job helping up purchase our house, and she exceeded our expectations. She provided a helpful list of what to do to get our house ready for sale along with providers who could perform services, got us under contract in under a week, and worked through some surprising issues during the sale, ultimately securing is the price we had hoped for. Berkley provided a wealth of information about the buying process. Being from the UK, our knowledge of the buying process was very limited and we couldn't have done it without her help. Her knowledge and willingness to 'translate' the fine details made her such a valuable resource.

Berkley sold our house first day and was great to work with during our search. She made a difficult transaction as simple as possible.

Berkley went over and above the call of duty MANY times during the process of selling my house. I cannot imagine how I would have sold my house, as favorably as I did, if it wasn't for Berkley. She is a huge asset to your company and always has the customers best interest in mind and provides outstanding service, knowledge and communication. I was dreading putting my house up for sale, thinking it was going to be a huge hassle and with Berkley's assistance and guidance, it wasn't! She's the BEST!!
