Working with Sarineh Yedgarian, Lawyer’s Title was amazing. I was the listing agent to a property where the owner has passed and left her siblings taking care of Sales of a property where a family member was suing them. Sarineh was the key catalyst to making sure that we have a smoothly closing of escrow, despite all of the Challenges I did the prelim on the property in Torrance before opening escrow. Sarineh identified the lien, lawsuit and possible 2 parcel issues right away.
We navigated the documentations between 2 attorneys, with many pending paperwork issues that needed to be recorded properly. It took a couple of months. Meanwhile we got 32 offers and $250,000 over asking price, and juggled with a longer escrow, to clear the lawsuits. Making sure
