This unbelievable team was up at 6 am making our sale at 1330 Benito in Burlingame happen.
We got a call from our buyer at 6 am letting us know his wife went into labor and could they sign their loan docs now
I immediately reached out to Danny, and since the loan docs were not in title yet, he prepared a power of attorney, Patricia went to SF to get buyers to sign by 7am. As they were headed to the hospital.. Citi bank approved you POA. Loan docs came in and then that afternoon after the baby was born, Danny arranged for a signer to meet our buyer in the hospital parking lot to sign the closing documents
