I have worked with Alma for more than 25 years. She is very devoted in her work. In some cases she will respond back on her cell phone when she is out of the office. She sometimes checks her emails after office hours. Her work is always perfect and has great follow through.
On my last escrow we had a name issue. She was able to work with the bank and the title department and resolved that before the end of the day. We were able to sign right away and closed ahead of schedule.
